David has went above and beyond all my expectations on this job. He essentially took over a very neglected and ineffective Adwords account for my medical practice’s website and made it extremely productive in a matter of a few short weeks.

After our initially phone meeting, he did a thorough audit of my AdWords account. He produced an hour long audit in video format prior to hiring, which gave me an idea of his expertise and attention to detail. I immediately hired him after seeing that video. I even made a few changes to my AdWords account based on that video.

He has been very prompt with communication, which has been on an almost daily basis so far. Prior to David taking over, our ads were getting clicked (at a cost to me) by people who were basically the complete opposite of my target audience/consumer, whether it was weird key words, wrong demographic, wrong location, etc. Now we are getting a very high quality consumer clicking our ads, and then on to my website.

David has been on the job for approximately 2 months and the phones are lighting up, the appointments are getting booked, and revenue has climbed significantly. His fees are very competitive. The other guys wanted about twice what he wanted in terms of initial build out time and for ongoing management. He has also been very willing to share his knowledge with getting me set up be a part of the management which I appreciate. I love tinkering with AdWords and Analytics. I hope as we continue to grow as a business, David can stay onboard to help with the digital efforts.

David is an excellent PPC analyst and problem solver, the best I’ve ever seen (and I’ve worked without about half a dozen over the last 10 years). He is easy to communicate with, can see both the macro picture and micro details, and I especially liked his habit of making videos where he went through my account and showed me what he was seeing and what he wanted to do next, so I could view it when convenient and then reply via email.

We ended this contract because we are now bringing this role in-house, and David was gracious and helpful in getting our assets transferred over to our in-house person. Overall, it was a very positive experience for me.
